Do you live to work or work to live?

Research shows that working long hours or at odd hours like the graveyard shift, may make employees (as in the case of the BPO industry) sick in mind and spirit. Because they are burned out, it is likely that they will feel irritable and grouchy or worse, depressed.

Working long hours mean spending less time for your family and friends, and for your other interests and pursuits. Your travel plans are shelved, goals to pursue further studies are put off, and the motivation to stay physically fit goes down the drain. Simply put, you don’t have a life!

And so begs the question: do you live to work or work to live? If you live to work, most certainly, your life revolves around your work or career, and your accomplishments at work are a measure of your self-worth. If you work to live, it may mean you view work as some kind of a burden or toil, or it may mean you do take pride in what you do for a living and do it well, but your job is not your entire life.

1. Stop working for someone else. No one EVER became rich working for someone else. You need to find a way for the money to come to you rather than to your boss.
2. Do something different.  You cannot keep doing the same thing over and over again and expect different results.   If you want different results then what you’re getting now, you must DO something different.
3. You must have leverage. You absolutely MUST find something that allows you to “leverage” your time or money. That’s what all the rich people do. They get paid when other people do things – you can, too.
4. Surround yourself with like-minded people. Your results will come faster than if you try to do this on your own without the support of a like-minded group. You need to hang out with people who can help you achieve your goals, and who will elevate you.
5. Take action. When you find something worth pursuing, DO something about it. Don’t sit on the sidelines thinking and evaluating. ACT!

Customers are the lifeblood of any company. Everybody should know this. Everybody says “the customer is king” and “we work for the customer” and “the customer is the real boss.” The customers that buy your products and make use of your services are the most important factor in your MLM business.

You have products (i.e., MRI-CMD or HVMIN Complex) to offer and you need to decide which products you are going to buy for yourself, and you also have to focus on finding other people to buy the products from you in order for the system to be profitable.

To keep the cash flows going, you need to manage the constant fluctuation of people below you that are either leaving or joining your business. If each person below you is buying the products, as they are required to do as part of the marketing plan, then you are earning off of those sales regardless, and the only thing you need to do is take the orders and process them.
